I’m Sameera Manga, founder of Printer Under The Stairs, a South African manufacturing company built around one simple idea: if there’s a better way to make something, we want to help bring it to life.
What started with a 3D printer under the stairs has grown into a hands-on manufacturing business in Durban, focused on custom manufacturing, product development, prototyping and small-batch production.
Practical manufacturing for real-world needs
We work with businesses, professionals and individuals across South Africa to turn ideas, sketches, existing parts and practical problems into functional products. From prototypes and replacement parts to custom components and short production runs, every project begins with understanding what needs to be solved.
Our work includes 3D printing, custom product design, prototyping, replacement parts and made-to-order manufacturing. We design, manufacture, test and refine each project with its intended use in mind. Because we approach every order individually, we can adapt designs, materials and quantities to suit the application.
